Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

We DO NOT hold or create photographic or video images of 'actual sexually explicit conduct' as defined in 18 U.S.C 2256 on the site. Therefore the matter contained in this site is exempt and not covered by the record-keeping and inspection requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257. As far as we are aware other material in the form of banner links, buttons, free hosted galleries, consoles, links to theaters, etc does not fall into USC 2257 or if it does the sites referred to contain a record keeping statement. Original records relating to explicit content such as photographs or videos are retained by the custodian of records for each respective producer. Any models appearing in any of the few exempt photographs or material used in the design of this site were over eighteen (18) years of age at the time the images were created. It uses Javascript to provide dynamic functionality in your browser - if you switch off the ability to run scripts viewing pleasure will be reduced but most of the pages content will still be avialable. None of the scripts developed by us deliver spyware other nasties.
